What we set out to solve.
Indian gaming cafes run on paper logbooks, manual rate cards, and personal-phone WhatsApp groups. Sessions are mis-billed, F&B orders get forgotten, tournament reg slips through the cracks. Off-the-shelf POS doesn't understand the per-minute-per-rig pricing model.
What we actually shipped.
Session engine
Per-rig, per-minute billing with rate tiers (peak/off-peak), multi-game packages, tournament discounts, and member loyalty. Auto-stops when the user logs out.
QR check-ins
Customer scans QR at the rig. Identity + payment method auto-pulled. Session starts. No paper, no waiting at the desk.
F&B billing fused in
F&B orders attach to the active session. One bill at session end. No more 'did you have the burger?' confusion.
Tournament hosting
Bracket generator, registration, payouts, on-stream overlays. Built for esports nights and weekend tournaments.
Owner dashboard
Daily revenue, top customers, rig utilization, food sales — on WhatsApp every morning. Multi-location aggregation.

How it's playing out.
ArcadeOS is the in-house product that became the playbook for vertical SaaS. Operating across Pune cafes. Several multi-location chains in scoping. Margin trackers proved out 5–8% revenue lift just from billing accuracy.
