NVSX Labs is operated by NVSX Electronics LLP (GSTIN 27AAPFN9957Q1ZV), with offices at Office No 3 & 4, 1st Floor, Aditi Commerce Building, Baner Rd, Above Ugao Store, Opp. Maharashtra Bank, Baner, Pune — 411045. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit labs.nvsx.in or engage us for services.

What we collect

Information you provide. Name, business name, role, email, phone, WhatsApp number, and any details you share in an audit call, email, WhatsApp message, or written project brief.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) and privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible, optionally PostHog) covering page views and click events. No cross-site tracking. No third-party advertising cookies.

Customer data we process under engagement. When you hire us to build a system that touches your customer data (WhatsApp messages, invoices, calls, etc.), we process that data only to deliver the service you contracted for. We do not use it for training models or any other purpose.

Where data lives

Indian-resident infrastructure by default — AWS Mumbai, Railway Mumbai, or your own servers if your compliance requires it. Hosting providers used routinely include Vercel, Cloudflare, Railway, AWS, and Postgres-on-Render. We can self-host on infra you control for DPDP-sensitive engagements (finance, healthcare-adjacent).

For AI processing we use frontier models (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) via their APIs. These vendors do not train on data sent through paid API tiers. For privacy-sensitive workloads we deploy open-source models (Llama, Mistral) on your VPS.

How long we keep it

Audit-call notes and proposal documents: 24 months. Active client engagement data: for the contract term plus 12 months. Marketing contacts: until you ask us to delete.

Your rights (DPDP Act, India)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing nsawant@nvsx.in. We'll acknowledge within 7 days and act within 30.

Compliance lane

We operate within the Indian DPDP Act 2023, IT Rules 2011, and sectoral norms (RBI for finance, MoHFW for health). We don't hold US-HIPAA or EU-GDPR-enterprise certifications and we don't take on engagements that require them.
